Shane Kirkby, Director, specializes in location-based entertainment with 29 years’ experience. He leads BFEC development end to end, aligning stakeholders and delivering immersive destinations on time and budget.

Rick Zitman, Technical Design Manager, blends design and entertainment expertise. Since 2017 at iP2, he leads masterplanning, technical drawings, 3D models, and asset management, liaising with attraction vendors to deliver FEC experiences.

Fiona Rainsford is Creative Projects Manager at iP2Development, with 20+ years across architecture and design. She leads FEC projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams, approvals, and art direction to deliver narrative-driven, brand-integrated, immersive environments.

As Director of Merchandise Development, Julian Loomans focuses on creating a thoughtful merchandise program that complements the experience of our Location-Based Entertainment projects. Together with a talented team of creative professionals, he develops merchandise concepts that strengthens the brand perception, extends the guest experience and builds loyalty.

Mat Wells, Creative Director, brings 30 years in themed entertainment. A former Merlin designer, he’s led FEC and theme park projects for Fox, DreamWorks, Warner Bros, DC, Marvel, Sony, and National Geographic.

Nick Russell, senior experiential designer, blends technical R&D with guest experience. With foundations in 3D animation and television, he designs and, since 2010 at PEL Creative, develops FEC and theme park attractions.

Paul Lanham, Director of PEL Creative, spent 25 years as Senior Creative Director at Merlin/Tussauds, shaping Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, and LEGOLAND. He created LEGOLAND Discovery Centres and devises IP-based attractions worldwide.

David Wood is a Design Manager, part of the team that won three consecutive DBA awards. He advanced from themed restaurants and nightclubs to retail, exhibitions, and environments for brands and IPs.
